It is our hope that you will enjoy the item you ordered! However, in case of dissatisfaction, please refer to our return policy, and make sure all the criteria are met before sending any item back to us.
Note: Requests for after-sales issues can only be made within 7 days from the date the item arrives to you.
1: Under what conditions may I return or exchange an item?
If the return issue is our fault, we accept returns for a full refund. Please refer to the following for more information.
- If the item you received is not the one you ordered.
- If the item you received is damaged or incorrect.
- If the item you received is in the wrong color. (colors may vary from one monitor to another, so it is normal to have slight color differences).
- If the item you received is of the incorrect size. (it is normal to have 1-3 cm of inaccuracy because all the clothes are handmade)
Please Note:
Although I attempt to represent online colors as accurately as possible, I cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your monitor will match the actual garment. Variations of light and reflections on the original photograph as well as differences in computer monitors and printers may make color tones appear slightly different than the actual fabric.
2: Under what conditions are returns not accepted?
- Return requests due to personal preference are not accepted.
- Returns due to wrong size due to personal measurement error will not be accepted.
- Items in customized sizes, styles, or colors cannot be returned because they were tailored to you. Nevertheless, we shall discuss with you methods that may be helpful.
- Returns without our prior knowledge.
- Damaged items due to misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
- As all items (including standard size) are made-to-order, we cannot afford to accept the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase. Our customer service team may cancel an order believed to have been made with that intention.
3: How should I request a return?
Please reach out to us within 24 hrs of receiving the item and include your reason and photos for us to verify. We shall get in touch with you within 24 hours.
Once your request is approved, please ship the item within 5 business days and provide us with the tracking information. A local postal service may be used for shipping (the shipping costs will be borne by you).
Please note that for all returns, the customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
4: How should I get a refund?
Upon receipt of the returned package, we will inspect the contents to ensure they are in their original condition. (Note: The returned item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all the original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or modified in any way). We shall begin processing your refund upon confirmation.
It usually takes 5-7 business days to process a refund. And we will email you a confirmation message as soon as we have finished the process.
All PayPal payments can only be refunded via PayPal, and all credit card payments can only be refunded to the original credit card.
Note: (Processing time may vary depending on your payment method and bank). The original item and shipping costs will not be returned or refunded.
5: May I cancel my order?
For some reason, if a customer wishes to cancel an order after payment has been made, please refer to our policy regarding this issue as follows.
- Unpaid order will not be processed. If you do not need it, please simply ignore it.
- Order cancelled within 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation within 48 to 72 hours after the order is paid: You will get a partial refund consisting of 60% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after 72 hours of payment.
